Insurance and Fees
We accept a number of private insurances, Medicare and Medical Assistance. Therapy services through your insurance plan may be fully or partially covered. Please verify your health insurance coverage before attending your first appointment. We have fees for therapy services should you not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance.
Our Rates
Please call our office for non-insurance/cash rates. If you have out of network coverage with an insurance company we are not credentialed with, you will pay the determined rate at the time of service. You will be provided with a superbill to provide to your insurance company who will reimburse you directly according to your plan.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Outside of unforeseen issues, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel. If you don't cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for an appointment, you may be required to pay a missed appointment fee.
