Many adults find it challenging to prioritize their emotional and personal needs with the demands of family, work and other responsibilities.  Older adults often struggle with adjustment to retirement, aging or significant life changes.

Mental health conditions are on the rise and the stigma is beginning to reduce; however, many people are reluctant to seek therapy.  Our therapists will provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can address your individual symptoms and concerns.  

 

Through a comprehensive assessment and strengths based approach, we help individuals to better understand and manage their mental health symptoms and emotional distress.  Our therapists commonly educate and assist individuals to increase self-awareness of how their beliefs, thoughts and behaviors contribute to their emotional and physical states.
