Individual Therapy
for Teens

The teenage years are an important part of development and growth that can be challenging to navigate.  Therapy is meant to increase the teens self-awareness and emotional growth.

What to Expect

Through a comprehensive assessment involving the teenager and their parents or caregivers, an individualized treatment plan will be designed to improve their mental health and well-being.

Following this process, our therapists may work with the teenager individually or involve the parents or caregivers based on the teens therapeutic needs.  Therapy typically consists of education on the conditions being treated and learning practical coping skills to improve emotional and behavioral regulation.

Group therapy is another effective way for your teenager to give and receive support from others with similar issues in a safe space facilitated by one of our providers.
